In late 2023, we announced we were shutting down. The community pushed back so hard, we changed our minds. Still here, still serving.

On Washington Road, Tue–Sun
Open 7am to 2:30pm, Tuesday through Sunday. Walk in, grab a booth, order breakfast. That's the whole plan.
Augusta's diner that refused to close
Ruth's Family Restaurant has fed Augusta for over fifty years — same biscuits, same booths, same welcome. When they tried to close in 2023, the community wouldn't let them.

A wonderfully reliable space that could have been featured on "Diners Drive Ins and Dives" . This is the sort of place you dream of on a road trip or a lazy Saturday morning. The service is warm and friendly. I felt welcome and well attended to. The food came out remarkably fast and was delicious.
